  • Only registrations accompanied by full payment will be considered. Registration will be confirmed after we receive the payment. If you do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, please contact the registration secretariat at registration@wlnc.org
  • The date of payment is crucial for determining the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or late deadline, it will not be considered as early or late registration if the payment is not received before the deadlines.

* To eligible for physician in training / resident / technologist / nurse rates, participants must provide documentary evidence of their status, such as a copy of their work ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead. Without these documents, regular fees will apply.
** The Industry Member registration type is only valid for company representatives from WLNC & iCure Stroke Joint Meeting 2027 sponsor companies.
Registration Fees include:
  • Participation to all scientific sessions & learning labs for 3 days
  • Entry to the Exhibition Hall
  • Conference documents
  • Coffee breaks & Lunches to be served during the Scientific Program

Cancellation Policy - Registration

Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by the WLNC & iCure Stroke Joint Meeting 2027 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by e-mail to registration@wlnc.org

An administrative fee of EURO 100 will be applied for any cancellation received before or on January 22, 2027.
Cancellations received between or on January 13- March 08, 2027: Eligible for 50% refund.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after March 09, 2027.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WLNC & iCure Stroke Joint Meeting 2027, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
